The Flea Market Workout Plan

This is what I like to call the “flea market workout.”

Pushing this heavy table works abs and legs.

Get your arms by carrying other heavy items to the car (lamps, side tables, etc.). Your cardio is taken care of by walking around for hours on end!

And you thought you were just having a lazy Sunday!
